**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **daily follow-ups** with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Drive **90% focus on existing business** retention and growth; **10% on new business development**.
- Coordinate with clients on **monthly product launches** and convert new offerings into sales.
- Maintain and update client databases, follow-up trackers, and sales reports using **MS Excel**.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Minimum **5 years of sales experience**, preferably in the **Printing & Packaging industry**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**, especially **Excel** - mandatory.
- Strong **English communication skills** (spoken and written); knowledge of **Hindi or Tamil** is an added advantage.
- Willingness to **relocate near the plant** in Bangalore; local travel will be reimbursed.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver consistent business growth.
