**Job Title**: Receptionist

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year
**Gender**: Female
**Language Requirement**: English communication is mandatory
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Maintain and organize front office area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide general information about the organization and its services.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, fax, photocopier).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
