**Sales Executive / Customer Care Service (position)_US Night Shift**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present software products and services to potential clients through demonstrations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and secure business.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insights to management and improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
- Create proposals, contracts, and other documentation for bidding on projects
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in international sales related to IT products or services
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to generate leads and close sales in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in creating proposals, contracts, and other documentation for bidding on projects
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

**Perks and Benefits**

**Salary**: ₹9,050.66 - ₹40,000.00 per month
