**_Role Overview:_**:
About the position:
- Help perform administration and maintenance of Okta Identity Platform for global organization
- Coordinate the implementation of 3rd-party IAM integrations (SSO/SAML integrations with systems)
- Perform general troubleshooting of escalated issues with identity providers or integrations
- Assist in managing escalations, issues or high-priority tasks that are escalated to the Identity team
- Assist in the secure design and operations/maintenance of the technical aspects of identity provider solutions.
- Contribute technical expertise in Identity Governance processes and automation.
- Generate tech specifications, architecture, and documentation for IAM implementations
- Partner with the global manager in working with Vendors and the Internal Customers to provide guidance and technical vision
- Collaborate across technical teams to enable new Identity concepts and thinking
- Utilize ITSM processes to fulfill requests and resolve incidents related to Identity services
About You
- 3-5+ years of Identity management and design experience (managing Okta, Active Directory, AzureAD platforms and standards) or relatable Identity administration experience
- Identity Lifecycle Management and user provisioning/de-provisioning
- API security and API integration with IAM systems
- Foundational knowledge of Identity Life Cycle Management, Runtime enforcement (APIs), Privileged Access Management, Identity federation (SAML), Conditional Access policies (AzureAD), Powershell
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to support requests for the IAM environment as part of a globally disparate team
- Experience with one or more Cloud Service Provider IAM capabilities and integration into an enterprise IAM service (AWS/GCP/Azure)
