**Role - Identity Architect**
**Location - Bangalore**

**Job Description: Identity Architect for Migration to SailPoint IIQ to IDNow**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end migration process from SailPoint IIQ to IDNow.
- Develop and implement migration strategies, plans, and timelines to ensure a smooth transition with mínimal disruption.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ customizations (Beanshell programs) to ensure understanding and transitioning them to IdentityNow components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on migration goals.
- Assess the current identity governance framework and identify areas for improvement during the migration.
- Configure and customize IDNow to meet the organization's specific identity management needs.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the migration process.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring best practices in identity and access management are followed.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the new platform to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and administrators on the new IDNow platform.
- Document all migration activities, configurations, and customizations for future reference and audit purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in identity and access management, specifically with SailPoint IIQ and IDNow.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
- Experience with designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading migration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SailPoint certification).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other IAM tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based identity solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to identity management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong scripting and automation skills.

**Job Description: Lead Identity Engineer for SailPoint IIQ to SailPoint IDNow Migration**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the migration from SailPoint IIQ to SailPoint IDNow.
- Develop detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ customizations (Beanshell programs) to ensure understanding and transitioning them to IdentityNow components.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IDNow connectivity architectures through Virtual Appliances (VA).
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current SailPoint IIQ implementation to identify areas for optimization and improvement during the migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, security, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on migration objectives.
- Configure and customize SailPoint IDNow to meet organizational needs and requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
- Perform extensive testing and validation to ensure the new platform operates correctly and meets performance expectations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on the new SailPoint IDNow platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration activities, configurations, and customizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SailPoint technology and IAM best practices to continuously improve processes and systems.
