Identity Architect

**The Opportunity**:
An Identity Architect in our Saviynt team is a crucial part of Simeio.
This role will let you work on some of our biggest and most interesting projects with clients from across the globe.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your existing skills and continue to develop yourself by learning from other highly skilled industry professionals.

**The Role**:
Simeio seeks an integration engineer to deliver on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using the Saviynt product. The service will be provided within the Identity Global Products (IGP) department, which is responsible for managing and transforming identity products across the entire organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Context:

- Authentication: Implement technologies and processes to verify the identity of users and systems.
- Access Management: Ensure only authorized individuals have access to specific resources and information.
- Security: Protect sensitive data from unauthorized access and potential breaches.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization meets regulatory requirements related to identity management and data protection.

The IT Identity Department is the guardian of the company’s digital identity, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. This critical function helps maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the company’s information assets.
Currently, the department is undergoing a major transformation program involving approximately 100 people, aiming to deliver a centralized solution to manage the identity of 220,000 employees and contractors. The Saviynt product is currently in the deployment phase.
- Services:

- Technical Implementation: Deliver technical aspects of implementing the solution, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Process Automation: Support the automation of identity management processes to streamline and reduce manual effort and errors.
- Cross-Functional Interface: Collaborate with various teams, including IT, HR, and security, to ensure the identity provisioning tool meets their needs.
- Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the client's global platform, including documentation (target operating model, architecture, guides, procedures) according to the product lifecycle, roadmap, and projects.
- Operations: Manage complex IAM IPC (Incident Problem Change) and train BAU teams on standard operations.
- Change Management: Support the demand management process, analyze client requirements, and scope the effort to execute demands.

Expertise Required:

- Demonstrated proficiency with IAM and information security in a large enterprise using shared services.
- Proven expertise with Saviynt (IGA cloud platform).
- Expertise in Directories, SQL, Certificates, PKI, Java, and Middleware.
- English working environment and context—mandatory.
- French working environment and context—nice to have.
