**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer interactions via phone and chat
- Provide accurate information about Samsung products and services
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
