**Salary**: Commensurate with experience and industry norms.
Qualification: Graduate
Work Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor stock levels and order materials as necessary.
2. Evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate contract terms, and rates.
3. Contact suppliers for pricing inquiries, compare rates, and share findings with the Purchase In-charge.
4. Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
5. Input order details into the system and create vendor profiles.
6. Follow up with suppliers for necessary documentation such as LR copies and invoices.
7. Coordinate with drivers for delivery schedules.
8. Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
9. Check the quality of received products and address any discrepancies with suppliers.
10. Place orders through designated apps for specific products.
11. Coordinate spare part orders based on service center requirements.
12. Liaise with warehouse staff for proper storage and material pickup.
13. Generate purchase reports.
14. Update master records for group coding.
15. Ensure timely vendor payments by collaborating with the accounts team.
16. Research potential vendors for future partnerships.
17. Facilitate the sale of surplus materials to other dealers, managing the process from invoicing to transaction closure.
18. Coordinate the resolution of damaged or incorrectly received materials.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Purchase/Buying in Construction Chemical Industry: 1 year (required)
