Sr.Officer/Executive - International Sales

Job Description for Sr.Officer/Executive - International Sales Facilitate for distributor agreements, MoU for all product lines with Global Sales team and distributors. Track distributor agreements – new, renewal, addendums. Follow up with the legal team to vet and execute legal agreements, vendor contracts. Execute with consultants to notarize, and undertake apostille from the MEA, India, and relevant international embassy. Coordination with global team for regulatory requirements in country registrations. Compiling registration requirements and follow up with HO teams to complete requirements. Ensure HO support in International Studies requirements & record maintaining. Plan business meetings for Forecast Tracking and weekly business update meetings. Keep a track of the different reports and trackers (event report, travel report, travel tracker). Follow-up with Regional teams to provide Monthly updates through the Monthly Sales ppt along with the Quality Objectives. Coordinate with Regulatory team for the Quality Objective Indicators. Support Molbio in regional public health events with the appropriate Molbio HO teams. Coordination for annual regional distributor meetings for Molbio along with the GM-Global Events and Advocacy. Process distributor payments and commissions. Issuance of Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders related to payments in SAP.
