Requirement of an Electro Mechanical Product Designer
- Who will be able to work on Electro mechanical products
- Some hands on experience on solid works & Catia
- Knowledge of 3D software (Solid Works /Catia V5/ NX)
- 3D software Module Knowledge : Solid Modeling/Sheet Metal/ Assembly/Surfacing
- Product Design & Development (NPD- New Product Development Cycle)
- Knowledge of DFMEA, GD&T, Tolerance Stack Up, VAVE etc.
- Having experience in component Manufacturing (Injection Molding, Stamping, Casting, Machining etc.) & Assembly processes
- Working experience in automobile industry
- Awareness of Circuit Schematic
- Awareness of Product Validation (DVP)
- Awareness of automotive standards
- A person who has experience on Electro Mechanical products,
- How to work on Fuse box, a relay box etc where Plastic, sheet metal, diecast products come in together.
- And also should know the Basic understanding of Electrical like what is current carrying capacity ,
- How to design a rubber component, What is IP 67/68, This kind of high level understanding.
