**Job Summary**

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for procuring high-quality materials and resources needed for apparel production and retail operations. This role involves negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective purchases, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to meet the company's quality and delivery standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement**:

- Source and purchase raw materials, fabrics, trims, and accessories as per the company's requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet production deadlines.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- **Cost Management**:

- Optimise purchasing costs without compromising on quality.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to procurement.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure materials and supplies meet the company's quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to address any discrepancies.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and emerging suppliers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative procurement strategies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in the apparel or têxtile industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and other apparel production materials.
- Ability to analyze data and generate cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
