**Key Responsibilities**
- PLC Maintenance:

- Troubleshoot and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Perform program modifications as necessary for efficient operations.
- Breakdown Maintenance:

- Respond to and resolve electrical issues in CNC & VMC & HMC machine shop machinery.
- Minimize downtime through swift and effective fault diagnosis.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Utilize predictive tools and techniques to identify potential failures and plan interventions.
- Periodic Maintenance:

- Conduct routine inspections and servicing of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of CNC & VMC machines and press shop electrical components.
- Utility Maintenance:

- Maintain electrical utilities, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and functionality.
- Documentation Work:

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment logs.
- Create maintenance checklists and schedules.

**Education**:
Diploma or Degree Electrical Engineering /BE electrical / ITI

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 to 3 years in electrical maintenance, particularly in CNC & VMC and machine shop environments.

**Key Skills**
- Expertise in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC machine shop and machine shop electrical systems.
- Proficient in breakdown, preventive, predictive, and periodic maintenance techniques.
- Utility maintenance management experience.
- Adept at documentation and reporting for maintenance activities.
