**What you will do**:
**Automation Strategy & Execution**
- Develop, implement, and optimize automation workflows for lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.
- Automate sales outreach sequences using tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AdRoll, Zapier, etc.
- Manage CRM automation processes — from lead capture to deal stage transitions.

**Lead & Campaign Management**
- Create and manage trigger-based workflow to follow up with potential resellers and enterprise customers.
- Work with the marketing team to align ad campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.

**Data & Reporting**
- Maintain clean, accurate, and segmented lead data in CRM.
- Analyze funnel performance and campaign efficiency using dashboards and reports.
- Continuously monitor automation performance and suggest optimizations to improve ROI.

**Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to define lead scoring models and nurturing stages.
- Support the development of automated onboarding and renewal workflows for existing partners.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of CRM & automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Freshsales)
- Familiarity with workflow builders like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or Phantom buster
- Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and make process improvements
- Good communication and coordination skills
