responsibilities

Managing the company’s financial planning and investment strategies wrt global expansion and new product launch

Responsible for bringing in automation and streamlining processes

Manage fundraising plans and capital structure

Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable for the organization's operation

Create financial reports and analytics to provide insight to cofounders and the board of directors.

In-depth Peer Analysis -P&L, Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), Return on Equity (ROE), Bookings TCV, Pay-out ratios, Total shareholders Return.

Hiring, onboarding and training of new members and retention of key resources

requirements

15 + years experience in accounting and financial management practice

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline of accounting, business accounting and finance. Certified Public Accountant certification is a plus.

Proficiency with Accounting software, tools word processing, and spreadsheets

Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills

Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
