Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our India Housing Finance Mission as its CEO / President and Chief Business Builder. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the India Housing Finance growth strategy, leading business development, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Define and execute the India Housing Finance growth strategy in alignment with global priorities.
  • Lead the development of advisory, managed services, and digital solutions across the housing finance value chain.
  • Drive business development, building client relationships, shaping solutions, and delivering revenue growth.
  • Represent the firm as a thought leader and industry voice, engaging with regulators, policymakers, investors, and industry bodies.
  • Deliver business growth, financial performance, and market leadership in the housing finance sector.
  • Inspire, mentor, and scale high-performance leadership teams across advisory, operations, and technology.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, innovation, inclusion, and intrapreneurship.

Requirements

  • Age 40-45 years, with 18+ years of leadership experience in housing finance institutions, banks, or global BPO consulting firms.
  • Deep expertise in housing finance, mortgage lending, affordable housing, securitization, and regulatory engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Proven success in P&L leadership, scaling businesses, and driving transformation.
  • Strong intrapreneurial orientation to build new practices within a global platform.
  • Ability to influence policy, shape industry direction, and inspire diverse teams.
