**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. To visit places and do market mapping/research on the prevailing market for sale of properties.

2. To meet various officials to understand the market potential and try to get leads for sale of Company's property.

3. To follow with brokers/potential buyers to fetch the best deal for the Company.

5. To update the management about the latest developments of real estate / market trend with regard to the area of property.

6. To enquire about the KYCs/credentials of prospective buyers for property sales.

1. Should have negotiation skills to convince the prospective buyers/lessees.

2. Should have aptitude for field work, to interact with Govt. Officials and prospective Buyers.

3. Should have skills to keep the property related data updated and present to the management with their own action plan with clarity & in such a way that calls could be taken without delays.

Qualification: 12th, Graduate, MBA.

**Salary**: 10k - 14k (commensurate with education and experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
