- Assist with various tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, and organizing documents.
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as necessary.
- Maintain data and records of all visitors, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- After discussions with management, schedule meetings for visitors accordingly

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of computers
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
