**Job Title**: Screen Printing Electrode Sensor

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize screen printing processes for the fabrication of electrode sensors.
- Work with a range of conductive inks, substrates, and materials to produce high-performance screen-printed electrodes.
- Perform quality control tests and ensure consistency in sensor production and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to screen printing and electrode sensor functionality.
- Assist in the integration of screen-printed sensors into electrochemical sensor devices.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to advance new sensor designs and manufacturing methods.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Material Science, Electronics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in screen printing technology, with a focus on electrode sensors or related fields.
- Experience with various materials such as conductive inks, printing substrates, and electrode configurations.
- Proficient in screen printing techniques, including process setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrochemical principles and sensor development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with biosensors, chemical sensors, or diagnostic devices.
- Familiarity with sensor testing methods and analytical instrumentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems.
