Job Profile: Back Office Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Back Office Operations:
- Execute and manage day-to-day back office operations related to investment and advisory services.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation and records.
- Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
2. Client Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth transition for clients joining the firm.
- Provide necessary information to clients regarding our services and procedures.
3. Client Servicing:
- Act as a point of contact for existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with advisory teams to provide clients with relevant updates and information.
4. Transaction Execution:
- Assist clients in executing investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to process and confirm client transactions in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues related to transactions.
5. New Client Acquisition Support:
- Support the business development team in acquiring new clients by providing necessary back office assistance.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials for client meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for client acquisition.
6.Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the database.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members within the organization to achieve overall business objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the Sales and back office operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
9. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/HSC degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
