**Social Media Content Creator (Female Only)**
**Full Job Description - Fashion World Garments Pvt. Ltd.**

We are looking for a **creative and fashion-forward Content Creator & Social Media Manager** to represent and grow the online presence of **Fashion World Garments Pvt. Ltd.**, a leading brand in women’s ethnic and fusion wear.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**
- Plan, shoot, and edit **Reels, Stories, Photoshoots, and Campaign Videos** for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging **UGC-style videos, outfit styling content, try-on hauls, lookbooks, and behind-the-scenes footage**.
- Write **captivating captions, hooks, and ad copies** aligned with the brand’s voice and tone.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, and in-house teams for campaigns.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow brand presence on **Instagram, Facebook,, and YouTube Shorts**.
- Develop and maintain a **content calendar** for festive collections, new launches, and promotions.
- Engage with the online community by replying to **comments, DMs, and tagged posts**.
- Monitor **analytics (CTR, engagement, reach, follower growth)** and suggest improvements.

**Campaigns & Collaborations**
- Work with the marketing team to create **high-performing ad creatives** for Meta Ads.
- Identify and manage **influencers & fashion creators** for collaborations.
- Coordinate with the **design and marketing teams** for new collection launches and festive campaigns.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in **fashion / e-commerce content creation or social media management** (preferably in ethnic or women’s wear).
- Strong knowledge of **Instagram Reels trends, Meta Ads creatives, and UGC-style content**.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Understanding of **fashion styling, draping, and women’s clothing aesthetics**.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

**Job Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Pay**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- **Benefits**: Cell phone reimbursement
