**About Us**:
Aangan works with children in dangerous situations like child trafficking, child marriage, hazardous work and abuse. Our prevention model targets "hotspot" districts across the country where children are most at risk - either because these are known red‐light areas, sites of hazardous child labour or are associated with harmful traditions like high rates of child marriage and girl child discrimination. Here we work with parents, children and government officials to build strong care and protection systems that keep children safe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Train and coach women and girls** to clearly articulate their safety concerns and take concrete actions toward ensuring the safety of girls.
- **Engage and negotiate with local stakeholders** like police officers, village leaders (Mukhiya), school principals, etc., to implement sustainable safety solutions.
- **Identify trends and provide insights** from the field to strengthen program implementation.
- **Work closely with adolescent girls in Bihar,** addressing context-specific challenges related to their safety and well-being.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of training experience, particularly with adults.
- At least 2 years of experience in child protection, human rights, or direct community work.
- Experience working with government officials, especially the police, is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
