**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Proactively generate business leads through cold calling, direct outreach, and other sales strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and explore new market segments to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain & update records using various reporting tools and formats.

**Desired Skill Set**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in **sales, preferably in media or advertising.**:

- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build rapport.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and overcome challenges.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in media or advertising, is preferred.
- Ability to handle daily reporting and meet numerical targets.
- Experience in client calls, negotiations, and independently closing deals.

**Must have: 2 Years of experience in: Advertising, Marketing, or Sales**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
