**Job Summary**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop BTL marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services through non-traditional channels such as events, activations, experiential marketing, and sponsorships.
- Work with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for BTL marketing activities and to understand the target audience's needs and preferences.
- Develop budgets for BTL marketing campaigns and manage expenses within the allocated budget.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of BTL marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure that all BTL marketing activities are aligned with the client's overall marketing objectives and brand message.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of BTL marketing activities.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and executing BTL marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
