- Engaging with members through both outbound and inbound sales calls to understand their travel aspirations and provide tailored booking solutions.
- Becoming a knowledgeable arrivia brand expert, confidently guiding members through their benefits.
- Resolving travel inquiries efficiently and processing bookings accurately.
- Taking ownership of your success by consistently meeting and exceeding individual monthly sales goals.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve collective monthly targets.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience**, demonstrating your ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Experience within the travel industry is a definite plus, but not mandatory - your sales acumen is what truly counts
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with members.
- A genuine passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve results.
- Comfort and proficiency in working on a computer and learning new systems.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- **Must be based in Mumbai and able to work full-time from our office in Mindspace, Malad West.**
