As a Customer Relations Specialist in the automobile industry, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships between the company and its customers. You will serve as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and resolution of issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries or concerns and provide updates as necessary.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate customer complaints or issues related to vehicle performance, service, or sales transactions.
- Work closely with relevant departments, including service, sales, and quality assurance, to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Implement effective solutions to address customer grievances and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and gauge satisfaction with products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels for management review.
- Use data-driven insights to identify patterns or recurring issues and propose solutions for long-term improvement.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide guidance and support to frontline staff, such as sales associates and service advisors, on best practices for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate staff on customer relations strategies and communication techniques

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
