**Job Summary**:
A BMW Automobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires in-depth knowledge of BMW’s advanced automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Vehicle Diagnostics & Repairs**:

- Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics using BMW’s specialized tools and software.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in BMW vehicles.
- Conduct repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and other vehicle components.

**2. Routine Maintenance & Servicing**:

- Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and battery checks.
- Inspect and replace worn-out parts to prevent breakdowns.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet BMW’s quality and safety standards.

**3. Use of BMW Diagnostic Tools & Technology**:

- Operate BMW’s ISTA (Integrated Service Technical Application) and other diagnostic tools.
- Stay updated with BMW’s latest vehicle technologies, hybrid/electric vehicle systems, and software updates.
- Follow BMW’s service procedures and technical guidelines.

**4. Customer Service & Communication**:

- Explain repair needs and technical details to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

**5. Compliance & Workshop Safety**:

- Follow BMW’s safety and environmental regulations while handling tools and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop.
- Adhere to industry standards and legal requirements for vehicle repairs.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience as an automobile technician, preferably with BMW or luxury vehicle brands.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of BMW vehicle systems.
- Proficiency in using BMW diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair guides.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BMW Certified Technician or experience in a BMW-authorized service center.
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance service environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
