As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of office operations, including back-office tasks, bank-related errands, and front office reception. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Back Office Operations**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and order replenishment as needed.
- Support the office manager in maintaining office systems and procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Bank Works**:

- Perform bank-related errands such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and receipts.
- Adhere to banking procedures and security protocols at all times.
- **Front Office Reception**:

- Welcome visitors and provide a friendly and professional reception experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure the front office area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
- Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank errands.
