We are looking for a creative individual to join our team as a Story Writer. The responsibilities of the Story Writer include developing story elements to translate the creative vision into stories for production.

He/She is expected to work under pressure to manage edits within a short time frame. He/She understands how productions affect audiences and is familiar with current screenplay formats. He/She should be familiar with script-writing guidelines and techniques to be able to develop a full-length script within required deadlines.

He/She should also have a basic understanding on how to translate scripts to various visual media. He/She should possess strong grammar and writing capability. He/She should be creative, patient and motivated at work.

**Responsibilities**
- Research and organize sources and information.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the team for new strategies and ideas.
- Write well-researched content.
- Ensure consistency in writing style, fonts, images, and tone.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to align written content with the brand.
- Edit and proofread content produced by other team members.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to research and learn about a wide range of topics
- Excellent teamwork, communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with content management systems, as well as creative writing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing published articles and writing styles.
- 2+ years freelance or agency writing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism or related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Creative writing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
