**Job Role**: Junior Content Creator - Social Media

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft visually striking and engaging posts (static, carousel, video, Reels, etc.) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
- Develop SEO-optimized captions and compelling content that fosters engagement and drives conversation.
- Curate and schedule content across all social media channels with a seamless approach.
- Monitor performance metrics and analytics, delivering insightful reports to refine strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of social media trends, ensuring that digital outreach remains innovative and fresh.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team, providing feedback and leveraging their expertise for continued growth.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in designing/editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite and any video editing software.
- A solid understanding of aspect ratios and technical specifications tailored for different social platforms (IG Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Proficient in social media analytics tools like Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics etc. to track and enhance content performance.
- A deep understanding of social media marketing strategies, particularly targeting and engagement.
- A creative mindset, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Rich experience in content creation and social media marketing, bringing ideas to life and building strong brand narratives.

**Experience**:
2-3 years in social media content creation and management.

**Location**:
Mumbai - India

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
