- We are looking for professionals with deep understanding of Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices._

**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**

**_Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc._**

**_ _**

**_Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker_**

**_ _**

**_Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention_**

**_ _**

**_Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes._**

**_ _**

**_Follow up with requisitions (via calls/ mails or tickets) to solve hold invoice as per the AP guideline_**

**_ _**

**_Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_**

**_ _**

**_Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines_**

**_ _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**

**_ Minimum qualifications_**

**_Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)_**

**_ _**

**_Freshers are eligible_**

**_ _**

**_ExcelectGood English language skills (verbal and written)_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred qualifications_**_ _**:
**_Experience in cost Model creation and management_**

**_ _**

**_Ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution_**

**_ _**

**_Prior experience in sales support_**
