About the Role:

Otoo Learning Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting process optimization across departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily operational activities.
  • Maintain and update records, data, and reports accurately.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure timely task completion.
  • Assist in implementing and improving operational processes.
  • Handle client or internal queries efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed, not pursuing).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
