- Responsibilities_
- _Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution._
- _Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund_
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)_
- _Freshers are eligible_
- _Good at English language skills (verbal and written)_
- _Meaningful Experience_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Strong Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and written Communication, Problem solving, etc.)_
- _Significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash_
