**Job Title**: Support Coordinator

**Experience**: 1+ year or more

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Call Coordination**:

- Coordinate support calls between customers and the internal support team.
- Track and update the status of all ongoing support calls, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Schedule support calls, meetings, and follow-ups, maintaining accurate records.
- **RMA (Return Material Authorization) Management**:

- Generate RMA for faulty materials.
- Track RMA status and ensure timely updates and resolution with the concerned departments.
- **Logistics Handling**:

- Manage and coordinate logistics for faulty and replacement materials, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory related to support activities.
- **Internal IT Support Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating internal IT support calls and activities.
- Act as the liaison between the IT team and employees, ensuring that internal IT issues are resolved efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar support coordination or customer service role.
- Strong proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and typing).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with logistics and RMA processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other support or CRM tools is preferred.

**Primary Skills - expert in Excel, tally, RMA, and logistics, good in communication**
