Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and setting up store displays and window showcases in accordance with the brand's visual guidelines and marketing strategies
- Ensuring product placement and arrangement is visually appealing and drives customer interest
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Monitoring and maintaining the visual presentation of the store throughout the day, making adjustments as needed to ensure displays are clean, organized, and on brand
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends and best practices in visual merchandising to continuously improve store aesthetics
- Training store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency in presentation
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on display changes and improvements

Successful visual merchandisers possess a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail. They must also have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, technical skills in graphic design and knowledge of basic retail operations are often required.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per month
