**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹23,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Position Summary - Visual Merchandiser**

We’re looking for a **Visual Merchandiser** who has an eye for design, a flair for fashion, and the ability to turn a store into an experience. This role is perfect for someone who understands the power of visual storytelling and can bring The Souled Store’s personality to life at the retail level.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every visual element in the store — from window displays to shelving layouts — is aligned with our brand identity, drives footfall, and enhances the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and refresh in-store visual displays in line with brand campaigns and seasonal trends
- Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all store zones
- Collaborate with the marketing and retail team to roll out brand campaigns in-store
- Optimize product placement to drive customer engagement and maximize sales
- Conduct regular VM audits and update displays based on new arrivals and sell-through
- Train store teams on visual merchandising guidelines and standards
- Stay updated on fashion and VM trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table
- Assist during store setups, launches, and promotional events

**Who You Are**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands
- Strong sense of design, color theory, and fashion trends
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in basic design tools (optional, but a plus)
- Comfortable working on your feet and hands-on with setups, props, and materials
