**Job Description for Visual merchandiser (Manager)**

**Job Profile**:
We are currently hiring a Visual merchandiser manager to improve the visibility of store merchandise and branding of products across the organization.

1) Responsible for the visual merchandising store’s across the cities.

2) Coordinating and handling the team of visual merchandisers across cities for smooth execution.

3) Handle new store openings.

4) Guide the team with Creative Setups for all themes, store fronts and seasons also involving newspaper releases.

5) Visiting stores to check and give feedback on the look and feel of the store.

6) Visiting stores to train the sales team on in-store visual merchandising display standards.

7) Coordinate with the store team to find the bestselling, slow moving and nonmoving merchandise and to generate display / signage to push the sales of the slow & nonmoving merchandise

8) Creating and coordinating with vendors for marketing collaterals.

9) To ensure optimum usage of finances allocate without affecting the image of the store as well as ensuring store are within budget
- Work experience as an Visual merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry
- Minimum qualification - Graduation with a course or degree in marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- At-least 8-10 years’ experience in visual merchandising.
- People oriented and results driven.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
