**Job Summary**:
As a Visual Merchandiser for RELIANCE MUJI, you will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and engaging displays to showcase the
brand's products, enhance the shopping experience, and drive sales. Your creative eye and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that
the store's aesthetic aligns with the brand's identity while maximizing the store's visual impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Visual Merchandising Displays: Design and implement attractive and effective visual displays in accordance with the brand's guidelines and aesthetics, focusing on promoting product features and benefits.
Layout and Space Utilization: Optimize the store layout to enhance customer flow and visibility of products. Utilize space efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Window Displays: Create eye-catching window displays that capture the essence of the brand and attract customers passing by. Rotate displays regularly to reflect different seasons, themes, or promotions.
Product Arrangement: Arrange products in a visually appealing manner, considering color, size, and design. Ensure that products are easy to locate and interact with, encouraging customer engagement.
Signage and Graphics: Design and install signage, banners, and other graphic elements that communicate product information, prices, and promotions clearly and effectively.
Stock Management: Collaborate with the store management team to ensure that stock levels are maintained and replenished appropriately to avoid empty displays.
Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team, sales associates, and other relevant departments to understand sales trends, customer preferences, and upcoming promotions to align visual displays accordingly.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect displays and store aesthetics to ensure that they are well-maintained, clean, and in good condition. Make necessary adjustments or updates as needed.
Training: Provide guidance and training to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and maintaining the visual standards of the store.
Market Research: Stay updated on current visual merchandising trends, industry best practices, and competitor displays to continuously improve and innovate the store's visual presentation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for design and detail.
Proficiency in using design software and tools.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of current fashion and retail trends.
Flexibility to adapt to changing store layouts and promotional themes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary Package**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
