**Salary: Upto 4.2 LPA Fixed CTC + Upto 2.5 LPA Variable**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth within the assigned area by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits and travel within the designated region to engage with partners and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in electronics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
