**JOB DESCRIPTION- BUSINESS COORDINATOR**
Our client is one of the pioneers in the field of advanced medical diagnostics in Trivandrum. The organisation is well reputed for its professionalism and for precise diagnosis.
We are hiring a Business Coordinator to be based at Medical College, Trivandrum.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To handle front office activities, handle inbound calls and walk-in customers.
- Will be responsible for managing the social media handles
- Coordinating with our PROs and marketing agencies.
- Resolve all concerns associated with our customers.
- Support management in business development and customer relationship management activities.
**Skills required**:
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills
- English fluency mandatory
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Good educational and social background, preferable from Trivandrum City region
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salar**y: Rs. 20,000/
- **Education**: Degree above
**Experience**: 2 Years in similar field.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
