Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Coordinator to manage and facilitate business travel arrangements, including visa processing, flight bookings, accommodation, and ground transportation. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in travel coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange travel requirements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and ground transportation for employees and executives.
  • Process and track visa applications, ensuring timely approvals and renewals.
  • Research and compare travel options to secure the best rates and arrangements.
  • Maintain travel records, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Work closely with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate contracts and preferred rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
  • Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, restrictions, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with visa processes and travel documentation.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and the MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute travel changes.
