**Role Overview**: We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist with an academic background in Architecture to join our creative team. You’ll create high-quality 3D still images and animations that translate architectural ideas into visually powerful experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop photorealistic 3D renders and immersive walkthrough animations
- Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and CAD files into 3D visual narratives
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and marketing teams to tailor content to project goals
- Maintain workflow quality, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects efficiently
- Contribute creative input on lighting, composition, and storytelling in visual content

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong portfolio of 3D architectural visualization work
- Proficient in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, or equivalent
- Experience in creating 3D animations and motion graphics
- Good communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with teams and clients
- Solid understanding of design intent and attention to detail

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects
- Understanding of real estate marketing and buyer psychology
- Ability to effectively communicate visual ideas and revisions with clients
