**Job Summary**:
We are looking for creative and skilled 3D Artists/Animators to bring our game environments, characters, and assets to life. You will work closely with developers and designers to produce high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for game projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models of characters, environments, and props using Blender, Maya, or other 3D software.
- Texture and rig 3D models for animation and integration into the game engine.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure assets are in line with the game’s artistic style and technical requirements.
- Animate characters and objects to create lifelike and dynamic movements.
- Work on optimizing 3D models to maintain game performance.
- Participate in art reviews and provide feedback for improvements.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or 3DS Max for 3D modeling and animation.
- Strong understanding of rigging, texturing, and lighting techniques.
- Experience in creating optimized assets for Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling and animation.
- Knowledge of character animation, motion capture, and physics-based animation is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in 3D art and animation in a game development environment.
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines.
