**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information on salon services.
- Ensure the reception area is well-presented and inviting at all times.

**2. Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Assist clients with retail product inquiries and purchases.

**3. Appointment Coordination**:

- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments using salon software.
- Coordinate with salon staff to manage the appointment calendar effectively.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments.
- Assist with inventory management for retail products.

**5. Upselling and Promotion**:

- Promote salon services and products to clients, encouraging additional bookings and retail sales.
- Stay informed about current salon promotions and effectively communicate them to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using salon management software.
- Well-groomed and polished appearance.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable about salon services and beauty products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
