Coordinate with Management for all local body approvals (DTCP, Corporation, CMDA, RERA), Obtain documents pertaining to Revenue authorities (Patta, Chitta, Adangal & other documents), Deal with other revenue corpn, municipal body & revenue bodies

Obtain NOC's if required from PWD, Airport, Fire.
Obtain statutory licenses like lift, labour, Coordinate for service connections - TNEB, Coordinate legal diligence with advocate and Registrar office.
