Job Title: Office Secretary
Location: YMCA, Connaught Place, New Delhi
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Draft, format, and proofread letters, reports, and other communications.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills in English**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
