**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings and events as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Pay: ₹10,524.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
