Sales Co-Ordinator:

- Maintain data of order status, and coordinate day to day dispatch planning

Coordinate for sampling various products to customers/ Store and maintain data on sample evaluation status

Prepare Quotations and Proforma Invoices

Preparing and Maintaining Reports related to inventory management

Coordinate with Warehouse and Transporters to for timely collection and dispatch of materials.

Follow Up for Payments and maintain Payment Reconciliation

Handling, Brands, SS and distributor queries like stock status, product details, order status etc.

Following up with SS and distributor and Retailer for orders & payment

Processing the order for dispatch from brands, SS & Distributor

Making different reports as per requirement.

Any assistance required as an additional support to meet our sales targets.

Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to SS & Distributor requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

Responsible for client handling Maintaining records about Invoices, PO.

Coordinate /assist the dispatch regularly.

Collect the Tracking Report & Confirm that all employees are working in the Market.

Discuss with Team Individuals, regarding their Performance, their Achievements, Primary & Secondary, Total Calls & Productive Calls, on a daily basis by sending daily secondary reports on groups & to the respective managers.

Taking Daily Stock of Distributors from the sale Team so that Stock doesn't get piled up at Distributors end.

Preparing SS & Distributor Stock & ask the managers to clear the Non movable Stock.

Providing required data to the sales team on Daily Basis.

Receiving / checking /arranging -Stock & invoices

Responsible for complete other work as assigned by HOD.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
