These strategies can include developing strategies to increase followers, creating and overseeing social campaigns, and planning digital campaigns.
- Creating contentSocial media managers create and oversee social campaigns, produce content, and post content across social media accounts. They may also develop compelling content or get it developed.
- Analyzing dataSocial media managers analyze engagement data, review analytics, and analyze running campaigns. They use reporting and analytics tools to see what posts did best, the demographics, and what times/days work best for posting.
- Communicating with stakeholdersSocial media managers communicate with key stakeholders in a company. They also engage with customers on different channels and deal with customers' enquiries.
