We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to join the prestigious outfit of Akshar Yoga Research & Development Centre, located at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence in Bengaluru.
**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding Akshar Yoga Kendraa’s presence in the global wellness industry. You will drive the sales of our programs, services, and products while developing marketing strategies to promote our offerings to a diverse audience, including individuals and corporate clients. This role is key in continuing the growth and impact of Akshar Yoga’s global brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-**Sales & Business Development**:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for memberships, workshops, retreats, and corporate wellness programs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our global brand’s goals, ensuring that monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- Identify new business opportunities, particularly in the corporate wellness space, to expand our client base globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate professionals, Educational outfits, athletes, and other wellness enthusiasts.
**-**Marketing Strategy & Execution**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote Akshar Yoga’s offerings, emphasizing its status as a global leader in health and wellness.
- Organize and promote events, such as yoga retreats, workshops, and wellness programs, to engage potential clients and showcase our services.
**-**Corporate & Educational Wellness Programs**:
- Drive the marketing and sales of our wellness programs, highlighting the benefits of yoga for employee well-being and productivity.
- Create customised proposals for corporate clients and develop lasting partnerships to bring Akshar Yoga’s wellness programs to their employees.
**-**Client Relationship Management**:
- Manage relationships with individual clients and corporate partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our offerings.
**-**Performance Reporting**:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and client engagement.
- Provide actionable insights to improve strategies, boost sales, and optimize marketing efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wellness, health, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-level corporate clients and wellness enthusiasts alike.
- Experience in corporate sales, particularly in wellness programs, is an advantage.
- Passion for yoga, wellness, and holistic health, with a deep understanding of the global wellness market.
