**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise the work of construction crews, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate and allocate resources, including workers, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure the crew follows construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to workers, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Resolve conflicts and issues among workers, maintaining good morale and team cooperation.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and inspect the work performed by construction crews to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
- Identify potential problems early, recommend solutions, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure the construction work meets deadlines and project milestones.
- **Health & Safety Management**:

- Enforce safety protocols on the construction site, ensuring all safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular safety checks and lead safety meetings to educate workers about risks and precautions.
- Identify and mitigate any potential hazards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Resource Management**:

- Track inventory of materials and tools, ensuring the proper resources are available for work.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of construction equipment and tools.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, labor hours, materials used, and any issues encountered on-site.
- Report project progress to project managers or supervisors, highlighting any delays or challenges.
- Assist with project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and compliance documentation are in order.
- **Coordination with Other Teams**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment of project goals.
- Ensure effective communication between the on-site team and the management office.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet contractual obligations and timelines.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide on-the-job training to workers, ensuring they understand safety procedures and construction techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve site efficiency and safety.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required, although a technical diploma
- **Experience**:

- 5 TO 7 Years of proven experience in a supervisory role in construction works
- Experience in managing crews and coordinating work on large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with various types of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
